The website primarilly targets the localle of Preston, Soda Springs, Fish Haven. This area is known for it's
many Retirement homes.Thus we know the need to make sure that any changes in the weather are forecasted the
communnity.
The site would cater mostly to the people living in retirement homes ages 60 and above. The font styles and
contrast along with the images needs to conform to their visual impairments.
The website also needs to have simple features that the elderly can use without experiencing technical
difficulties.
The site also caters to the faculty of these retirement homes ages 30 - 45 which would have more familiarity
in using websites.
